Shipping

As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. 

Shipping is open to the US and internationally, for international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

All items will be shipped with tracking included. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the package and to provide a correct and current address to a safe and reliable location. 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me before your item is shipped and I will be happy to purchase insurance for an added fee. I will provide insurance on any purchase over $100. I cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any approved returns or exchanges will be shipped at the cost of the buyer. Please contact me prior to shipping a return or exchange.
